Luke is a HCPC registered Paramedic and independent prescriber with over 12 years’ experience across pre-hospital care, emergency medicine and general practice. Luke also provides minor surgery and ear care.
Matthew Templeman
Clinical Lead/Director
Matt is a HCPC registered Paramedic Advanced Clinical Practitioner with an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and over 13 years’ experience across urgent, emergency and primary care. Matt is an independent prescriber with a special interest in hospital avoidance and clinical mentorship.
Ben Callaway
Director
Ben has over 24 years Emergency response and Technical Rescue experience with HM Coastguard, you might also recognise him as the owner of MFC supplies in Hailsham. Ben founded and has directed Elite Medical since 2013.
Keith Rayment
Director
Keith has over 20 years experience in Emergency service with the HM Coastguard Technical Rope Rescue Team which includes water rescue and a leadership role as station officer for Eastbourne. Keith founded and has directed Elite Medical since 2013.

Paul is a Paramedic Practitioner with over 7 years’ NHS experience and an independent prescriber. Paul is passionate about patient-centred care and safe, effective treatment.
Christina Stevens
Podiatrist
Christina is an experienced Podiatrist who graduated from Brighton University in 2013 and works across private practice and the NHS. She provides comprehensive podiatry and chiropody care, with specialist interests in rheumatology, MSK podiatry and diabetes.
Warren Martin-O'Donoghue

Warren is a HCPC registered Paramedic with many years’ experience. Warren provides urgent care, steroid injections, minor surgery and ear wax removal, alongside clinic appointments, home visits and telephone consultations..

Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Jade is a HCPC registered Advanced Clinical Paramedic Practitioner with 11 years’ NHS experience and a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice. Jade has a special interest in end-of-life care, complex decision-making and women’s health.
Tom Meredith

Tom is a HCPC registered Advanced Clinical Paramedic Practitioner (ACP) with 13 years experience in the NHS. He works within emergency, urgent and primary care and has a masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Urgent & Emergency Care). He has an interest in frailty, complex decision making and hospital avoidance..
Adam Booth
Paramedic Practitioner
Adam is an HCPC registered Paramedic Practitioner and NMC registered Nurse with extensive NHS experience. He is a specialist in overseas repatriations and has worked across a range of acute healthcare settings, including A&E Emergency Departments and frontline ambulance services.
